Taking steps for personal growth, mental health and well-being isn’t always easy, but it’s so worth it. There is no shame in seeking help, no problem too big that it can’t be talked about, and no problem too small not to be of value in processing through.
I am passionate about walking with people through whatever they are going through. Whether it’s past or current traumas or abuse, areas you are stuck in emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or with family. You may be dealing with addictions, personal relationship issues, sexual problems, porn, or maybe you just need someone to process life with. Whatever is going on for you, I'd love to help.
I have a professional counselling degree and I work from a Christian world view. I am a full member of the New Zealand Christian Counsellors Association. I started my counselling training in 2007 and have been at Living Waters for over 25 years. I have sex therapy training through Sex Therapy New Zealand. And I am part of a specialist Christian Sex Addiction Group (SASA.NZ) having done training through them for both working with the person with the problem, as well as their partners. I usually refer partners to a wonderful online group specialising in this area.
I can access ACC & MSD(WINZ) funding if you qualify. I also have fully self-funded clients. Let's have a chat about costs so that it's not a barrier.
